  • 23 tsp blue food coloring (to desired shade)
  • 15 Oreos, crushed (plus extra for topping)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup whipped topping (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed Oreos with melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then mix in sour cream and vanilla.
  4. Gradually blend in blue food coloring until desired hue is reached.
  5. Fold in additional crushed Oreos into the filling mixture.
  6. Pour filling over crust and bake for 55-60 minutes or until slightly jiggly in the center.
