  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
  • 6 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Brew a strong cup of coffee and let it cool completely.
  2. In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, vanilla ice cream, milk, and half of the crushed Oreos. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add the remaining Oreo crumbs and pulse briefly to keep some texture.
