- 8 soft brioche slider buns

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices provolone or cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix softened butter with garlic, parsley, chives, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create cowboy butter.
- Season steak with salt and pepper; grill for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest before slicing.
- Slice buns in half; spread cowboy butter on both sides.
- Cut steak against the grain into strips; layer on bottom bun with cheese and add more cowboy butter if desired. Top with the other half of the bun.
