Instructions
- Clean the octopus under cold running water, removing any beak or innards if necessary. Pat dry with paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cranberry sauce, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place the octopus in a resealable bag or bowl and pour the marinade over it. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
