  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • Zest of 1 medium lemon
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, divided
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and lemon zest until smooth.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden; cool completely before crumbling into fine pieces.
  4. In another bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; fold in half of the white chocolate chips.
  5. Combine the crumbled cake with the cream cheese mixture; roll into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  6. Melt the remaining white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl; dip each ball into the melted chocolate and return to the sheet to set.
