Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 fresh croissants
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 oz crispy bacon or ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice each croissant in half lengthwise and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy or warm ham until slightly golden. Set aside.

  5. Layer bacon (or ham), scrambled eggs, and cheese onto one half of each croissant and top with the other half.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted. Mix maple syrup and cinnamon, then drizzle over sandwiches before serving.
