  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • For Vanilla Sauce: 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Place the cubed bread in the greased dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together milk, cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth. Pour evenly over the bread cubes.
