Ingredients

  • 1 cup high-quality dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp flaky sea salt (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients: mixing bowl, baking pan, parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Add mixed nuts and gently coat them in the chocolate mixture. Reserve some nuts for topping.
  5. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Spread the nut mixture evenly in the pan, topping with reserved nuts and a pinch of sea salt.
