  • 1 cup whole milk (or almond milk)
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pudding basin or oven-safe dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg until combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk and beaten eggs. Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet mixture. Stir gently until no dry flour remains.

  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
