Ingredients
- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked boneless chicken breasts, shredded
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, minced garlic, cream cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper.
