  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked boneless chicken breasts, shredded
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, minced garlic, cream cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each cooked shell generously with the filling and place them in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil during the last 10 minutes to achieve a golden crust.
