Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 lb baby Yukon gold potatoes, quartered
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and cut potatoes into quarters.
- Toss potatoes in olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika; spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
