  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, and parsley. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into small loaves and place in the prepared baking dish.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
