Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups warm water (110°F/43°C)
  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast; let sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In another bowl, mix flour and salt; gradually add the yeast mixture, stirring until combined.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
