  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 (8 oz) tub stabilized whipped topping
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup crushed ginger snap cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and bake the gingerbread cake according to package instructions in a 9×13-inch pan until springy to touch.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until smooth; let thicken for 5 minutes.
  3. Crumble half of the cooled gingerbread cake into a trifle dish. Layer with half of the pudding mixture and half of the whipped topping.
  4. Sprinkle with half of the crushed ginger snaps, then repeat all layers.
