  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic and slicing green onions.
  2. Cook the rice cakes in boiling water until they float (about 5-7 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
