  • 2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash and quarter the potatoes. Place them in salted boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender.
