- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1/2 cup pure honey
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and diced

- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
