  • 1 bone-in ham (810 lbs)
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, ground cloves, pineapple juice, cider vinegar, and water to create the glaze.
  3. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
  4. Brush half of the glaze over the ham and place it in a roasting pan.
  5. Bake uncovered for about 15-18 minutes per pound until heated through, basting with remaining glaze every 30 minutes.
  6. For a caramelized finish, broil for an additional 5-10 minutes.
