  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 10 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
