- 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup (100g) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
- 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped

- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion in olive oil until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add ground beef with salt and pepper; cook until browned.
- Remove from heat; stir in chopped kiwis and shredded cheddar.
- Roll out one puff pastry sheet in a greased pie dish; fill with the beef mixture. Cover with the second sheet of pastry.
