  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
