- Zest of 2 lemons
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an oven-safe dish.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, whisk together lemon juice, zest, sugar, and eggs until thickened (about 10 minutes). Stir in butter until melted and let cool slightly.
- Rinse blueberries under cool water and pat dry.
