  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat
  • 1 French loaf (12 inches)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine softened butter and minced garlic until creamy.
  3. Gently fold in lobster meat, cream cheese, lemon juice, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Slice the loaf in half lengthwise and hollow out some of the insides.
  5. Fill each hollowed loaf half with the lobster mixture and top with remaining Parmesan cheese.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
