  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and oregano; place them in the prepared baking dish.
