  • 8 oz low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop (30g) protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth. Add protein powder and honey; mix well.
  3. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing until fluffy.
  4. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of each muffin cup.
  5. Pour cheesecake batter over the crusts, filling each cup three-quarters full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before serving.
