- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream, room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 cups apples (Fuji or Honeycrisp), peeled and diced
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until wet sand forms; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer. Add sour cream and powdered sugar; mix until creamy.
- Stir in vanilla extract and lemon juice until well blended.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté diced apples with cinnamon until tender (about 5–7 minutes). Allow to cool slightly.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust evenly. Top with sautéed apples. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Carefully remove from the springform pan and slice into wedges to serve chilled.
