  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream, room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 cups apples (Fuji or Honeycrisp), peeled and diced
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until wet sand forms; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer. Add sour cream and powdered sugar; mix until creamy.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and lemon juice until well blended.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté diced apples with cinnamon until tender (about 5–7 minutes). Allow to cool slightly.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust evenly. Top with sautéed apples. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Carefully remove from the springform pan and slice into wedges to serve chilled.
