Instructions
- Create the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix well.
- In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Add vanilla extract to the mixture and fold gently to incorporate.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth out the top. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least four hours or overnight.
