  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  4. Cover and cook on low heat for 10–12 minutes or until the pasta is tender and most liquid is absorbed.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
