- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp fresh orange zest
- ⅓ cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs (room temperature)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix well.
- Stir in orange zest, orange juice, sour cream, and vanilla until fully combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for 40-45 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow to cool completely before chilling in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
