- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped spinach until wilted (about 3-4 minutes). Remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed spinach with cream cheese, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into 4-inch squares.
