  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  3. In a pot of boiling water, cook peas for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain well.

  5. Spoon the pea mixture onto each toasted baguette slice. Optionally, sprinkle additional mint on top.
