  • 1 loaf ciabatta bread
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 2 cups spinach or arugula
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and ground turkey seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook for 7-10 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in pesto sauce and let simmer for 2 minutes.
