- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple rings in juice
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 10 whole cloves
- 1 cup pineapple juice (from canned rings)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a large baking dish.
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern about half an inch deep.
- Insert whole cloves into the intersections of the scored lines.
