  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios (chopped)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions
