  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese (softened)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, cinnamon, and nutmeg; mix until well combined.
  4. Pour filling over the crust and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for at least two hours.
  6. Cut into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
