- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese (softened)

- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, cinnamon, and nutmeg; mix until well combined.
- Pour filling over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for at least two hours.
