- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup brown sugar (additional)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of the pan.
- In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, additional brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean or slightly gooey.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
