  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (light)
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8 inch baking pan with grease or parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, melt the butter and both sugars together until smooth. Stir in eggs one at a time.
  3. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt; mix gently until just combined—avoid over-mixing.
