  • 1 lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 12 soft slider rolls
  • 8 slices Provolone or Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup au jus (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.
  3. Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottoms in the baking dish.
  4. Layer the roast beef generously on the bottom halves.
  5. Add cheese slices over the beef until covered.
  6. Mix melted butter with poppy seeds (if using) and brush over the top of the assembled sliders.
