- 1 whole bulb of roasted garlic
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Stir until combined.
- Fold in chopped rosemary and roasted garlic into the dough mixture.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a cloth, and let rise in a warm spot until doubled (about 1 hour).
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Punch down risen dough, shape into a round loaf or place in a loaf pan, then let rise for another 30 minutes before baking until golden brown.
