  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Peel, core, and slice the apples.
  2. In a slow cooker, combine apple slices with brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and apple cider vinegar. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  4. After cooking, use an immersion blender to puree the mixture until smooth.
