- 8 slices sliced ham
- 8 oz Swiss cheese, sliced
- 8 pretzel slider buns
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice

- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Trim excess fat from the pork shoulder and season generously with garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the pretzel buns in half while keeping them attached at the back. Spread yellow mustard on each half.
- Place the seasoned pork shoulder in the slow cooker and pour pineapple juice over it. Layer sliced ham on top.
