  • 4 slices rye bread
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tbsp capers, rinsed
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions
