Description

S’mores Brownies are a delightful dessert that brings the classic campfire treat to your kitchen.   • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, mix cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just blended.
  4. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  6. Once baked, top with marshmallows and crushed graham crackers. Return to the oven for an additional few minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
