- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into an even layer in an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Bake crust for about 10 minutes until lightly golden. Cool slightly.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth; add remaining sugar, sour cream, lemon juice, vanilla, and eggs one at a time until combined. Pour over cooled crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are firm but center is slightly jiggly. Cool to room temperature; refrigerate for at least two hours.
- For topping: Cook cranberries and powdered sugar over medium heat until berries burst and mixture thickens (about 10 minutes). Cool slightly before pouring over chilled cheesecake.
