  • 1 cup filtered water

  3. Remove syrup from heat and discard the cinnamon stick. Mix the syrup with blood orange juice and prosecco in a large bowl.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or ice cream maker bowl. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours until firm.
