- ½ cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat)

- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Add the lamb to the marinade and coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Prepare the tzatziki by squeezing excess moisture from the grated cucumber. Mix with yogurt, garlic, mint, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
