Description

  • 20 Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with melted butter.
  2. Firmly press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×9 inch baking dish to form the crust and bake for 10 minutes until set.
  3. In another bowl, combine chopped strawberries, blueberries, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Spread the berry mixture over the cooled crust and top with additional crushed Oreos if desired.
  5. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
