- 1 cup whole milk (warm)

- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let froth for about 5 minutes. Mix in melted butter, eggs, and half of the flour. Gradually add remaining flour until a dough forms.
- 2. Knead: On a floured surface, knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled (about 1 hour).
- 3. Make the Filling: Beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar, and chopped strawberries until smooth.
- 4. Roll Out: Punch down the risen dough and roll it into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Spread filling over the dough.
- 5. Roll & Slice: Roll tightly from one edge and slice into equal pieces using dental floss or a serrated knife.
- 6. Bake: Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- 7. Glaze & Serve: Combine powdered sugar with milk for glaze; drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
