  • 12 Peppadew peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, feta cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well blended.
  3. Generously stuff each Peppadew pepper with the cheese mixture using a small spoon or piping bag.
