  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  2. Grease a baking dish lightly with nonstick spray or olive oil.
